Sales Representative at Healthcare Environmental Services, LLC in Miami, FL

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to be responsible for expanding the company’s business within South Florida. This position is accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base. This is strictly a HUNTER role, requiring someone with an aggressive and determined personality to capture new commercial business. This is a field-based position.

Role Description:

We are currently seeking a Sales Representative to be responsible for expanding the company’s business within South Florida.  This position is accountable for achieving sales goals through the acquisition and development of new customers and expansion of the product line within the existing customer base. This is strictly a HUNTER role, requiring someone with an aggressive and determined personality to capture new commercial business. This is a field-based position.


As a Sales Representative you will:

  • Be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving HES’s revenue growth by building and sustaining a new business pipeline, negotiating, and closing on new customer accounts and developing strong, trusting relationships with customers and prospects. This includes outbound prospecting, contract renewal, and follow-up to targeted marketing leads.
  • Manage a comprehensive business development plan which is aligned with HES’s short and long term strategic goals (e.g. by verticals, product line).
  • Manage the sales process.
  • Achieve annual sales and contribution margin goals agreed upon with management.
  • Match HES services with customer needs by demonstrating knowledge of customers, pricing and competition; effectively communicate pricing and service strategies; proactively engage other HES business opportunities, referring internally as appropriate.
  • Maintain current customers and perform customer service functions via telephone and periodic sales calls and presentations. This interaction includes the entire sales cycle from prospecting, maintenance, proposals, contracts, price increases, cancellations and contract renewals.
  • Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and profits through maintenance and penetration of existing customers.
  • Propose customer solutions that are compliant with appropriate local, state and federal regulations.
  • Communicate regulatory compliance issues to customers.
  • Resolve problems and coordinate customer needs with Field Operations and/or the Customer Service group.
  • Work as liaison between customers and accounts payable department for collection of receivables, as requested.
  • Participate in market development activities by identifying areas/markets with territory that are under-developed, and implementing initiatives to increase market penetration and increase sales through new sales initiatives.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.
Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be self-motivated with a proven track record in sales and knowledge of CRM. Comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere with a rapidly expanding customer base. Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to email and RFPs. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

  • Demonstrated ability to review, improve and contextualize RFP responses.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts, or the equivalent in related work experience, demonstrating proven solution-selling experience and complex sales process skills, along with documented results of overachieving quotas.
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills. Needs the ability to share and communicate ideas both verbally and in writing to management and customers.
  • Preferred background in pharmaceutical sales or medical device sales, but not required
  • Demonstrate professionalism, high energy, motivation, enthusiasm & integrity.
Required Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in direct sales.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. .
  • Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
  • Speak both English and Spanish fluently.

We are currently seeking a Business Associate to work directly with senior management in all aspects of the business, including sales, M&A, business development, management and finance. This position will report directly to the President. 

Role Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Associate to work directly with senior management in all aspects of the business, including sales, M&A, business development, management and finance. This position will report directly to the President.

As a Business Associate you will:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop business development opportunities and execute on those initiatives.
  • Assist in developing a sales pipeline, attend sales meetings, follow-up on sales prospects, manage RFPs and work closely with the existing client base to cross sell additional verticals.
  • Work internally with sales, M&A, finance, customer service, human resources, field operations and IT to streamline processes, improve service and create additional efficiencies.
