On the scheduled day, one of our state-of-the-art shredding trucks will arrive at your location. A uniformed technician will collect the contents of the locked consoles and securely transport the documents directly into the truck’s shredding machine. Once the shredding process is complete, the technician will return all consoles to your office for continued use.
Free Locked Consoles for Your Use
Immediately after you determine and book your shredding schedule, we’ll deliver locked consoles to your place of work – at no charge to you – in whatever size and style best suits your work environment.
In the time leading up to your first scheduled shredding, these consoles can be used for the safe, temporary storage of sensitive documents or papers with personally identifiable information.
Proof of Destruction
Before they depart, the technician will provide you with a Certificate of Destruction. This document authenticates that your papers were destroyed beyond any chance of reconstruction and discarded in accordance to the mandates established by federal and state privacy laws.
