HES provides medical waste management and related services for those who generate regulated medical waste, including: hospitals, healthcare facilities, veterinary practices, correctional facilities, universities, and laboratories among others. Our service offerings include: Regulated Medical Waste Disposal, Pharmaceutical Waste Disposal, Sharps Disposal Management and OSHA Compliance Solutions.

Role Description:

We are currently seeking a Business Associate to work directly with senior management in all aspects of the business, including sales, M&A, business development, management and finance. This position will report directly to the President.

As a Business Associate you will:

  • Work closely with senior management to develop business development opportunities and execute on those initiatives.
  • Assist in developing a sales pipeline, attend sales meetings, follow-up on sales prospects, manage RFPs and work closely with the existing client base to cross sell additional verticals.
  • Work internally with sales, M&A, finance, customer service, human resources, field operations and IT to streamline processes, improve service and create additional efficiencies.
  • Communicate regulatory compliance issues to customers.
  • Resolve problems and coordinate customer needs with Field Operations and/or the Customer Service group, as needed.
  • Work as liaison between customers and accounts payable department for collection of receivables, as needed.
  • Perform other related duties as required or requested.

 

Qualifications:

Ideal candidate must be comfortable in a dynamic atmosphere and be able to adapt to a rapidly expanding business. Organized and analytical, able to eliminate obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Valid drivers’ license and clean driving record.
